i saw those video’s years ago on hb,, when i was researching my first londinium purchase,
the guy went to extremes to prove flex, i mean the panels and the water tank will add rigidity and weight respectively,
i really dont want this to turn into a manufacturer vs manufacturer thing,
coffee is/was the second biggest commodity in the world, if machine manufactures could secure 0.1% of that business they would be happy, thats why i dont get why we cant just be happy with each others purchases. some people love manual levers, gaggia classics, hand grinding etc thats not for me, but who am i to tell them different, i only give advice on what i have used.
back to the leva, the stock screen fits better with the gu10 clip than the ims does, im actually favoring stock over ims atm too.
i do want a stock double basket, for my second pf. but unsure what to buy atm
