There was one fellow who was whining quite abit about the loose fit, restricted movement, rattling, etc. But this fellow seemed to be the only fellow with the issue, who complained bitterly online instead of taking it offline with Decent. So it was mighty Decent of John to offer him and anyone who asks, a full refund.
What the fellow with the issue failed to recognize was the substantial investment that John made in R&D to have one minor accessory manufactured, to satisfy one perceived design flaw. Most manufacturers would not do this, but rather correct it in the next model, which is about to occur when a substantially redesigned version (the “Bengle”) is released in the fall.
So I posted a sincere compliment to John on manufacturing this accessory and asked everyone to support him by not buying or printing 3D knock offs (John actually provides drawings with measurements for all of his accessories on line, which one fellow had the audacity to ask for a link to, so that he could 3D print it! )
