Not sure you can really compare across different machines as steaming also depends on boiler size and steam tip used (number and size of holes).
I suppose it’s worth experimenting to find what works best for you but at the same time if you keep changing variables (I’m guilty of this) you never have enough time to practice/master technique.
My Minima is set to 130C but 125C will give you more time/control. I don’t think I would go below 125C as I feel the extra steam pressure helps to break down the bubbles and incorporate the milk to give a silky texture.
