MWJB Dark Woods, Colombia, Bella Alijandria, Wilder Lazo, anaerobic natural Chiroso Arabica very enjoyable, the plum note was pretty constant
I’m going to have to blame myself for this one…
Brewed it on the Decent Filter 3 basket, V60-style: 19g coffee at 12% 400 Kruve strength. My profile delivers about 265g of water, giving around 203–205g of liquid.
Sweet, medium-bodied and plums all the way — so far so good. And then, right on schedule, the anaerobic’s little bitterness comes up at the finish. It’s most obvious while hot, then slowly backs off as the cup cools, leaving tiny traces behind to remind me we aren’t compatible.
This was the first brew after a 3-week rest, and I’d score it 7.5/9, losing an easy 0.5 point for bitterness.
Anyway, lovely coffee all round. 😊
