Cuprajake So we’ve been on the north star Brazilian for the last 6 months, so looking for something nice through mill, medium still, not to bitter What are peoples go to?
Ernie1 Rave Chatswood is amazing with milk. Doesn’t taste as dark as it is. Origin Stronghold also but that is perhaps a bit darker.
LMSC Extract coffee’s Betty is good with Milk. https://extractcoffee.co.uk/shop/betty/ https://www.coffeecompass.co.uk/collections/roasted-origin-coffee/products/nicaragua-la-florencia-maragogype-500g https://www.coffeecompass.co.uk/collections/roasted-origin-coffee/products/sumatra-mount-kerinci-g1-500g The problem with Coffee Compass would be the roasts tend to be on the darker side (more of a medium dark) than medium for us. We ordered quite a few from them. All of them including the two were medium dark bags and not medium. The Kercini and Nicaragua did cut well with Milk. The Kercini was our favourite and my daughter loved the Nicaraguan as a black. Please have a look and go from there. The roasters from these shops are nice people. Between these two, the extract coffee’s roasts will be consistent with their descriptions.
LMSC Cuprajake We did grab a KG of that after everyone raved about it. It’s good like any other good bag but it didn’t stand out for us!
Otaibimn Indonesians washed beans are darn close to Brazilians naturals and they got nice body and a little bit of acidity that will make your milk drinks stand out.
