LMSC I intend to leave it up for a while and do it in rounds…so were now on to round 2 for anyone who didn’t make round 1….In a week or two I will stop round 2 and move to round 3. I’m going to try and find a period that works best e.g. possibly a round every month.
Each round I extract that round as a csv report from paypal, store it and all the associated e-mails to have an audit trail and ensure all monies are paid over correctly.
It will all depend on how people are about how long the donations are held before being paid over…2 weeks means 26 round per annum, 1 month means 12.
P.S It might be that we only open up to donations 3 times per year for 1 week?
