Osmio Milton flushing

I’ve just returned from 2 months in Spain and want to flush my Osmio Zero with Milton solution and change the filters. I can’t find my flushing blanks kit. Can I use the Milton flush with the old filters and then swap in my new filters afterwards, or do I need to get a new blanks kit?

-Mac Sadly, the old filters will actually remove most/all of the guts from the solution.

If you think the pipes are clean, you could:

empty the small internal RO storage tank (see Osmio Video)
remove the remineralisation filter, break up a tab and push it in the little hole on the bottom of the slot (ask if you are not completely sure what I mean) where it goes, to fill the internal tank…..replace the re-mineralisation filter
Put in your new filters
Allow it to refill the internal tank
Leave 30m
empty small internal RO storage tank again

Then allow it to refill and flush as normal when changing filters.

Finally run 300 ml of boiling water from the unit.

Old post I know but topical as I just sanitised the Osmio and swapped out the filters.

On reflection, despite flushing loads of times as per the instruction manual I am reminded of apocalypse now…

Not sure why ,I use the the liquid as well . Maybe 20l

I used 2 x tablets as instructed by the Osmio user manual, let them dissolve for 5 mins and then ran it into the system and let stand for 30 mins before the flush cycle. Thankfully the aroma is reducing as I continue to use the water. Who knows it might be good for my digestive system ho ho
