MediumRoastSteam I understood that you didn’t actually mean it. I am sure all of us are open to not liking a bag and finish the beans one way or another.
However, some times, it is the response of a roaster or two we find often disappointing, if we aim to call or email the roaster; the worst ones are those who lack the basic courtesy of saying sorry on the phone or respond to the email, let alone a sorry note. We will never buy from such roasters, however attractive their offer may be. 😊
Next time, if you get a bag which you don’t enjoy as an espresso, try brewing. 😊
