We don’t consume honey as much as we would like. We aim to shun sway from what’s available in stores. We used to get a regular supply of Turkish honey from one of the colleagues. We don’t buy from Amazon as they often tend to be unreliable. Since then, we occasionally get it from Waitrose for baking. This is ok. Some body recommended [this site ](https://www.rawartisanhoney.com/collections/raw-honey-shop?page=2)as their source for buying real honey. Manuka is a good choice. But, far too expensive to buy on a regular basis for baking, cooking, smoothies and so on… What do you guys buy? What’s your source? Thx

I'm not much of a honey consumer any more but there used to be a local producer just down the road from me who I would use. There's a good chance you will have some small scale local producers who don't advertise much/at all.

drdre89 funny but true. We have 4 hives all with the tiny stingless native Australian bees. About ¼ the size and production of the introduced Europe counterparts but very intense flavor. I harvest 2kg of honey once a year.

Look at local markets, craft fairs etc
as well as local “decent” food shops.

and/or ideally try a search for your local Beekeepers Society….
get it straight from the source.
