Just done the last of my chicken pieces to add to a previous batch for my Chicken Tikka Masala tonight. They have been marinating for 3 days. Oh, and in case you are wondering, they are not red in colour like you get from the take-away because I didn’t add any red food colouring which is what the Indian restaraunts do… only because I’m still waiting for the red powder to arrive mind.
