My first ever attempt. Chicken Tikka Masala, Onion Bhajis and Naan Bread all made from scratch.
Got to admit it tasted just like you get from the Indian take-a-way or restaurant which is exactly what the recipes said it would. Really chuffed. The Bhajis were not deep fried as we don’t possess a deep fat fryer so they are oven baked whihc is why they are not the all over rich dark brown you would normally get but the flavour was the best I’ve ever had.
