dfk41 darkstefano As far as I am aware, the FFC simply controls the flow of beans into the burrs. The original grinders did not have these fitted, so that I am sure that ought to solve your problem!
Inspector darkstefano If you have a dremel shave it yourself, if not, https://coffeetime.freeflarum.com/d/1281-anyone-wants-four-3d-printed-nz-control-disks-w-larger-notch
DavecUK darkstefano You either have a very small (which finger is it), or that’s a very large bean. Is it a Maragogype? P.S. Be better next to a ruler marled in cm and mm
DavecUK darkstefano I tried the biggest Maragogype I had (it was pretty big) when I came up with the NFC idea, it worked fine. Yours is perhaps slightly larger but it won’t be by much?
darkstefano I don’t know, now i removed the top disk distributor and now it’s little better, but i m not happy with this coffee bag. Ugh! Enjoy
delta76 Finally having my first Niche. it’s used but in very good condition, and I’m impressed. The hype of single dosing is true. however, one major drawback is the static - it’s everywhere. With my eureka, almost no static. Was RDT a remedy, or it’s advised against ?
dfk41 It might be atmospheric ie the central heating is starting to be used and it might be the beans. Sometimes it happens to me as well but I doubt it is the grinder itself
