Oh, I forgot to update this. We quite enjoyed it as a flat white, couldn’t get on with it as a straight espresso, but with a dash of oat milk it was tasty. I think I settled at 1:2.5 ratio in the end. 19gr in, 48-50gr out. 13 on niche and around 35 seconds.
They weren’t typical CC roast, closer to medium than medium dark I would say.
Don’t ask me tasting notes. I am bad at identifying them. lol
But, malty and molasses with an unpleasant acidity. I could have played with it more but I don’t like to waste beans especially nowadays ☺️
