Baldrick Nothing too fancy that I’ll be heartbroken when I inevitably drown them.
Instead of buying something you won’t be heartbroken when you drown, you may want to look at something that can deal with spills?
I bought (and still have) two of the scales recommended above (Joe Frex, which I think are exactly the same as the Yagua) and this one.
But I wasn’t happy until I got the Black Mirror from Timemore. They are not completely waterproof, but the electronics are protected so if you get any spills on them you just wipe clean and that’s it (whereas with the Yagua, spills will go into the scale and you will need to take it apart to clean inside, or the buttons will go sticky). Personally I would much prefer a scale where spills won’t be an issue. I have seen a new, smaller model of the Black Mirror called Nano - it’s a bit smaller, but more expensive. They also do a new cheaper one called Basic (but feature wise it looks just as good as the original, I am not sure what is missing and why it is cheaper).
@DavecUK pointed to the eCoaster which look great for size, but they don’t have the timer (they have other features though, as they are focused on diet).
