prusev71 Welcome to the forum…much of what you want is within this review of the Bianca

For the V3 I made some recommendations to Lelit about settings as I found these good
KPc 0.9
KDc 9.0 (but I thought to change this to a lower value, 6 or 7)
Bc.40 (I am concerned this is in decimal 10, but I found 40 worked better and is maximum value allowed, I would have used more if I could)
Ec 12
TR 1
SHT 10 (I like to see the shot time for 10s after the shot)
for the steam I use
Kps = 20
KIs = 0.00
KDS = 0
BS = 0
ES = 0
The concern I have about the B parameter, is 2 or 3 times in the past Gicar program this as decimal 10, so 40 is 4 degrees centigrade. Gicar have set the maximum to be 40, so I think we have 4C where it works at full power as on/off. If this is true, then the maximum value must be increased to 99 or 999. Check very hard with Gicar if this is decimal 10 (e.g. 0.1C), companies have had to ask 3 times before they get the correct answer. If the value is decimal 10, I would want 6-8 C from the set point behaving as a PID.
The increasing or decreasing shot temperature goals during the shot e.g. +5 or -5 etc.. I did try this, and I feel that the function needs to be described very carefully. It can change depending on how stable the system is (how long since the last shot, 5 minutes or 30 minutes). The other problem is that during a shot with coffee, there is a space above the portafilter, about 50% of the water is already rapidly used…the increase in temperature only affects the last 50% through the coffee and some is already in the pipes to the group. The temperature change over a normal shot of 30s is small. I felt it was like a very small modifier for experimentation for the flavour. It can change the way the system reacts during the shot. The customer needs to understand the same change in the LCC will not be seen by the coffee.
So I moved back to an offset of 12 after scacing the V3, but anything between 10-12 should work fine. I think the thermosyphon feed pipes may have changed from V1 to V3
Edited to show the text that was a direct communication to the head of Lelit, just to make it clearer what was said to them and not in reply to OP question. I suppose it gives a bit of background knowledge about some of the things that go on behind the scenes, e.g. If my memory serves me, Gicar were using decimal 10 and Lelit were unaware. I only knew because of work on a different machine and someone thought 4 was 4 degrees when it was actually 0.4C
