Back the bolts in until you have about half a mm of space between the bolt and the grouphead. Taking it out too much without seeing how deep the axle is inside the bearing can cause problems down the line.
For some people if these bolts were on very tight it might too late and the bearings could be shot.
But in the end these bolts shouldn’t have been tightened this much from the factory. The threading is just there as a guide for the axle on the bearing so there is no reason to tighten them at all.
