Hard to give any very specific advice on the best tamper size, as there will be some variation in the size of the baskets, you donāt want to make a seal which will suck the prepared coffee basket, and as thermal expansion might also be a factor.
Regarding the dosing funnel, many of us use the ones made by @Norvin to good effect (itās not magnetic and fits inside the basket, which means that it has to be removed before using any WDT tool). There are other solutions (see my signature for more information)
Regarding which basket is best, this is also a very subjective matter. The stock ā32mmā basket is good, as are the IMS 26 and 32 precision baskets. The stock single is usable but most people prefer bigger shots, which are also easier to pull..
Personally, I like the IMS 26 basket, but it limits dose to 16g with some beansā¦ which some people object to, even if it means you can get more shots in a day as each one has ever so slightly less caffeine in it š
