jakesmorrison “about the same” is my approximate recollection. I pull quite often 5-6 shots in a row, and when I do so the temperature is always back to setting (+/- 0.5 C) by the time I have emptied, cleaned, re-filled, distributed and tamped. Which is usually pretty quick for me, as I have a hopper-fed grinder that grinds quickly (3 - 4 seconds grinding time per shot).
One thing that leaves me perplexed is the timeline that you mark as “water stop” around 75 seconds. What does that represent? My brew boiler fills up (if it needs to) as soon as the pump has finished filling the brew chamber, and the most it seems to take is 10 seconds.
I am about to pull a shot in 2 minutes, so will post how long the recovery seems to take in 10 minutes at most!
