It’s an expensive machine, iirc, you have had problems from the beginning and it isn’t acceptable to a user. As a user, one should not have to put up with it. You have been amazingly been patient. I doubt if some of us will.
As far as I’m concerned, however isolated this issue may be, the leak from back of the group can’t be ignored. Not fixing the issue isn’t an option.
They have been supporting us very well. So, this isn’t a challenge. Considering the frequency of parts replacement in your machine, it must equally bug them as well. It’s also in their interest to get to the bottom of it. They would equally want to know. This can only been done if ACS @Paolo_Cortese get yours’ to the factory. I know they have done it once or twice in the past.
Do you have Maria’s number? Please give her a call. I think you should also be on top of it as they are extremely busy. You don’t want to get to a situation there is no warranty.
