Thank you Paolo, I certainly empathize with the many demands on time when running a business.
As I said previously, I mostly blame myself for not being clear in communications. The lack of consistent information makes it more imperative that I was clear in my expectations during the purchase. I offered my comments for two purposes. First, so that others didnt make incorrect assumptions like I did. Second, to perhaps draw attention to the need of ACS to have clearer information for those, such as myself, who made inquiries following the trade show.
I’m confident it will get worked out and can look forward to a machine I can enjoy for many years.
