Had call with ACS today - I had said I wasn’t bothered about the cosmetic things I had raised, following yesterdays chat, but they insisted on offering alternatives to make sure I’m satisfied.
Very good customer service - can’t really fault it.
The safety feature is the main issue so I pulled a shot for the technician to see and they confirmed it’s faulty - so sending me a replacement in the future and have sent guidance on how to swap to the standard sleeve, which came with the machine in a box.
Itching to get this swapped over so I can get back to enjoying coffee!
