Inspirado You will have to remove the fitting…be gentle, then use PTFE tape to refit.
Unfortunately the elbow above (in fact both elbows) might have been fitted with permanent red threadlock .Unless it’s a fairly new manufacture date machine (within the last year), then it will be med strength threadlock, loctite 542, which is also red but much easier to undo.
If you can remove the nut attached to the far elbow (red arrows) and then undo the nut on the fitting (green), letting both elbows turn with the nut. I stress you may not be able to as they might bump up against something.

The fitting can be replaced massello di carico (water distributor, is an imperfect translation) , using PTFE tape, again enough to it’s tightish all the way in and turn it enough so it lines up correctly. It doesn’t have to be torqued down if you use PTFE (clean off any thread lock properly).
Avoid bits dropping inside as there’s one way valves and a solenoid attached
