This visualizes the leak coming from the o-ring seal pretty clearly. Brand new o-ring
I’m going to remove and add some tightly wrapped ptfe on the upper half of the threads and reinstall.
On removal, I didn’t feel any split or debris which would interfere with a seal on the thread adapter.
And it looks like that did the trick:
I’ll let everything come to temp and try with heat and the wiring reattached and see how it goes.
