Blossom, Guatemala, Pedro Aguilar, Las Penas washed Caturra - A very pleasant coffee, on the sweeter side, honeyed/syrupy notes with a drier slightly malty/herbaceous/white tea base & finish, more milk choc character in the Aromaboy. Not getting the quoted berry notes, but a solid coffee nevertheless & one of the better Guatemalas I can recall.
22g ground at 67.5 on the Niche Zero, 331g of water in a Melitta Aromaboy, no interference in the brew. Score 8/9.
