LMSC - I’m not sure I should (or can!) answer that question. But from the anaerobic coffee that I had and enjoyed, they had a “boozy” taste to it. For instance, I had one that reminded me of banana once, and was really remarkable. Another one, at Dave’s, reminded me of a strawberry milk shake. Others I had reminded me of rum and raisin sort of thing. That’s the type of coffee that I often am able to identify some tasting notes.
This one from Smith Street, just tasted like a natural coffee - I couldn’t tell - if that makes sense - that it was an anaerobic.
