If you are referring to the video posted by Cuprajake , you are getting very confused. At the beginning he says his name, “Salvatore” (from Salvatore Espresso Machines).

MediumRoastSteam I am sure that there are hundred of ways to make espresso. Italian is the master at their way of making espresso. They have been doing this longer than anyone. I have never seen Italian barista use the scale, RDT or WDT either and they serve million of espresso yearly.

If ACS as a company does not have longer track record, I would be order Nurri Leva SA. That is another sweet looking lever machine.
