DrForinor - for what’s worth…. I used to have a drawer. Things to bear in mind:
- the spent pucks will steam inside the drawer, causing condensation.
- the environment created is then very suitable for development of fungi - organic matter, moisture, warm and dark.
- if you don’t empty the drawer at least every couple of days, the above will happen.
Personally, unless you make a lot of coffee in one go, a knock box is a lot more convenient and easier to keep clean.
