Question: for Aeropress, or Moka Pot… in the context of the Niche Duo… would you use filter burrs or espresso burrs?

MediumRoastSteam from my experience with other grinders but using the same principles, you’ll want to do aeropress with filter and moka with espresso, unless you enjoy more body in your aeropress.

Although I don’t brew by either, I would use the filter burrs set, if I get both burrs set.

Both of them typically require coarser grind settings than espresso but finer than V60.

So, nothing prevents some one to brew using both burrs set and see how they compare. I do think the filter burrs set would provide more clarity.

MediumRoastSteam I suffered that. For me, I did not enjoy it. Not enough technical teardown and too much opinion. Still, everyone knows I dislike influencers! Still, I was mega impressed that he could cup the difference between a Duo and a Zero

the duo does what it says on the tin, the burrs are personal pref!

what pisses me off is they will gladly push the timemore which sound horrid, to the point the 64s cant even burr chirp without nearly stalling!!!
