So just to give you guys an update with my loose screw 😆 … since my Niche Duo was a week old, the retailer I purchased from contacted Niche , and Niche advised them there was a “small number “ of units that had this issue where the bottom screw would come loose.
So I’ve returned my unit for a replacement which should arrive next week hopefully. I’ll update to let you know if the screw gets loose again! … if it does I’ll be asking for a complete refund (and not a replacement).
This replacement I will be receiving is fresh new stock.
The original one I received was a June 2023 manufactured model.
Those having issues with Niche about getting this loose screw fixed … Niche are lying when they say they don’t know about it. Don’t take no for an answer. They definitely know this is an issue! So I would ask for a replacement.
