Ernie1 Yeh they do seem very small, and I’ve been very willing to give them some leeway due to this but I think I’ve probably given them too much.

Yeh that is not good, I’m hoping the replacement is better but I’m expecting to have a battle on my hands.

To not reply to emails is bad, customer service is key.
This is it isn’t it, I just find it shocking. They barely even don’t apologise when you call them up on the fact they promised you call backs and e-mail replies and they are two weeks late! In my work I’d be sacked if that were the case, and more than that - I’d personally feel like I’d let that person down and would apologise, I just find that if the person in charge there doesn’t even feel that way then what hope have you got. Once I’ve got the replacement I think I’ll have a go at them, just not on really.
Speaking of which, they have finally deemed me worthy of a reply. Though not the person I’ve been dealing with, she’s not bothered to come back to me to apologise, and the person who called me today didn’t apologise either. Apparently they’re swapping it out next Tuesday, we’ll see…
