Cuprajake tompoland then you’re the odd one out 😛 pick your favourite I suppose. Or you could vote other. It was more to gauge brand rather than type.
DavecUK DF64, Eureka Mignon, Niche Duos (3), Niche Zero (3), JX Pro Hand grinder, One I can’t mention Ceado E92 (recently sold), DF64V (on loan), Unknown Handgrinder (on loan), Lagom P100 (on loan).
chlorox Df64 with ssp unimodals and ssp cast lab sweet burrs are my main grinders. I also have a compak k10 I never really use since I got more into lighter roast coffee.
Cuprajake tompoland well seen as the duo isn’t available I’d say so haha It’s a shame you can get multiple choice as it seems alot of people have more than one grinder.
tompoland Cuprajake indeed. but there are three of you who have had one. out of 19. appreciate that you may or may not have them still. don’t know.
JonWoo187 Primary grinder is a Helor 106 and I gladly say it’s as good as any grinder can be/needs to be. Backup is a Cimbali Junior that I’ve modded a bit to really minimize retention and the grind/build quality is top notch as well using ‘traditional’ 64mm flats. Last but not least is an old school beast supposedly from the 1950s. It’s a KyM manual copper cylindrical Turkish style grinder, but does indeed have a quality burr set that is designed for espresso range grinding as well as stepless adjustment. Used it for years and even though it has a ton of shaft/bearing wear it still grinds quite nicely. Bought it from Orphan Espresso way back when they were refurbishing vintage hand grinders.
Norvin Compak E8 as primary grinder. Rossi RR55 used for wife’s decaf. Made by Knock Aerspeed hand grinder for travelling.
