Crankhouse Colombia El Placer CM Pink Bourbon Washed
Pulled a shot grinding at #7 on the Duo, 94C/100C, 17.4g, 43g, and 35s. I think it over-extracted yielding not a smooth and a sweet cup. I didn’t enjoy drinking this. I think grapefruit notes overwhelmed the cup.
I am thinking of either keeping everything the same and loosely (manually) tamp or loosen the grind to loose 10s of shot time.
This coffee as a filter (V60) was very nice. I gave 7.5/9 as a filter, whereas I would only give 5/9 as an espresso. 😊
