MisterH1337 Warmping up timelapse (from completly cold)
As logjames said, looking at your time-lapse warm-up video it is clear that your machine’s behaviour is different to mine: it peaks at around 2 bar during warm-up, while mine goes to almost 3 bar (the point is to overshoot the temperature to shorten the heating time needed to 24 minutes).
I also agree with all the advice above from MediumRoastSteam.
Looking at your manometer, the machine seems to be running too cold. All the possible reasons I can think of have been mentioned: the temp sensor could be reading wrong, the gicar box can be giving the wrong command, the heating element could be producing too little heat (less likely imo), or the manometer could be showing the wrong pressure (but you can check and exclude that as MRS suggested because you have access to the gicar reading + a group thermometer).
I think the best option would be if you can take the machine to the retailer, put it next to another machine, start them both from cold and watch what happens. If the display machine goes up to 3 bar during warm-up and yours only goes to 2 bar, it will be up to the retailer to find the cause and fix it.
If you can’t do that, the easiest and cheapest thing to try is replace the temp sensor at the bottom of the boiler. A fault with this sensor might correspond with the warm-up cycle not reaching ~3 bar. This would be the first thing I would try, followed by a new gicar box. But again - on a new machine I think the retailer should do it for you.
P.S. I would also send your time-lapse to Lelit and ask them what they say. It would be interesting to know if they think the warm-up peaking at 2 bar is normal. If you do that, please let us know their response.
