MediumRoastSteam i still use a tamper. I liked my Yu series tamper a lot which is why I want some basket I can use it with. first tries, I have to grind much, much coarser than with the HE baskets (VST, IMS). Not a bad thing. The puck (of the proper shot) is dry and fall out nicely in shape.
Was in a rush so I immediately added milk without tasting the espresso.
