Yeah, my bad, i meant 1.67. No idea how i was getting it to be consistent (well, give or take 10 seconds) but it was always that sort of time.
I upped the weights by 20% whilst keeping the ratio the same, loosened the grind to 3 and it comes in at 3 minutes now. i guess the 3 is stuck in my mid because that’s what the video said, and i’ve now hit despite tweaking the recipe…and it tastes good and makes for a fuller mug.
Will try the 40s intervals and some other variants just for the sake of experimentation 👍
