chlorox It seemed a pretty robust grinder to me? The only thing might be the space within the grinder…motor ventilation might be a concern for them and the heating that could occur due to a heavy commercial duty cycle?
The Philos was heavy and well made…as for the burrs, who knows, they have a lot of experience, so one would hope they are good, but like with all new things including burrs, the performance both short and long term is unknown. although one assumes they did burr life testing, which I would trust Mazzer to do well, not so sure about Chinese burr manufacturers? I am not aware of what the burr life is unless someone has some numbers
