steve_07 Yup safety cut out., it’s mentioned in one of my videos or posts. I think it’s 90s, on the prototype it was 2m.
The paint blemish is because of the grub screw used to secure the adjustable collar, sounds like someone overtightened it, stripped the thread and the collar has moved and scuffed it up. By the very nature of securing the collar, all grinders will have some mark where the grub screw locks it.
Again let Bella barista know, because all you need is a replacement collar, which they can ask for with their next order…you might just have to wait a little while until the order comes. The collar is the new thing, so if people change burrs, they have a way of rezeroing, without it you can’t. As it’s new, factory probably getting to grips with production…and BB can feed back to the factory, so the quality control improves for these newer features/requirements….
After it finishes the main grind, I spin mine up to top speed to flush out grinds and don’t use the bellows.
