With a kitchen remodel and the Minima needing to go in a right hand corner and my wife finally being sold on the white version of the Bianca I’m selling my Minima so I can upgrade.
It’s a Jan 2019 model so quite early but I’ve upgraded the water sensor for the reservoir to the sensor inside from the spring weight sensor with parts from ACS and also upgraded the pump to the Lelit quiet pump (although it’s still a vibe pump so quiet is relative).
I bought it 2 years ago used and according to BeanConqueror have made approx 1000 drinks with it.
It’s been used with Waitrose water, then zero water with either Dr Pavlis or Barista Hustle (baking soda and Epsom salts). It’s been descaled a couple of times and I’ll do again before sale but I put a camera inside the steam boiler last year and saw no little to no evidence of scaling.
It’s had some of the issues these machines have had with the steam boiler overfilling. I’ve just removed and descaled the water sensor probe and since going back to using Epsom salts I’ve not had a problem, only with dr pavlis. Never with Waitrose water. Removing a bit of water with the tap before steaming ensures it’s not watery and per @Rob1 its good practise anyway to keep pulling water from the steam boiler anyway.
I’m discussing with Paulo as to whether it’s still worth replacing any parts.
It’s got the lelit flow control valve on it and wood control knobs I think from a rocket machine.
It’s been well loved and used but not protected with rubber so some light scratches on the cup warmer and drip tray.
Comes with 2, 3 and 4 hole steam tips, some replacement bits for the flow control, the original pump as spare, bottomless , single and double spout portafilters and a couple of baskets.

No cup riser but I use the decent scale which does the job nicely and that could be for sale.

Thinking £750 ish but open to offers and if Paolo advises any parts need replacing I’ll include or remove from price.
I’m in Surrey, (not far from @DavecUK ) and open for discussion on a reasonable drive or demoing at mine for collection.
