Dave is right. I don’t think it should be a consideration if that’s a one off event now and then. I never tried, but I made 3 cappuccinos in a row with the Elizabeth without issue. However, what I notice is that the rebound time (until the temp goes back to the set temp on the display) is around 1 minute after steaming - you can even steam and pull at the same time.
So, as long as you pace yourself accordingly, it should be no problem. If you want to go faster, maybe you’ll have to look elsewhere.
If this was a daily occurrence, I’d go for the Bianca. Or… Just buy a box standard HX machine (ECM, Profitec) and save the money. After all, that’s what they are designed for.
