Tds as i understand it really doesn’t tell us that much as home barista’s , as a standalone measure, as it doesn’t tell us what the “s” is. Not all S is bad!!
We all look for low TDS but it doesn’t necessarily mean we will get scale just because the TDS is a certain value.
Not actually my strong point. I just rely on the claims of everpure!! But I did see an article once that I can’t now find that basically said for home coffee making forget the TDS metre and concentrate on analysis which I can’t be bothered to do. I may come to regret that!!
