Taith, Kenya, Kuria Orange Co-Ferment, anaerobic natural Ruiri 11, Batian, SL28: Another coffee with a dominant flavour note thanks to the co-ferment process, I found this coffee lighter in intensity compared to Jairo Arcila, Blackberry co ferment, even though it was more soluble & extracted more.
Low bitterness, with a sweet, juicy, zesty orange character…nothing really in the way of complexity, but it certainly does what it says and is very nice .
I subjectively scored this 7.8/ 9.0 (or 4.4/ 5.0, or 85%).
