Dark Woods, Colombia, Sebastian Ramirez, El Placer extended carbonic natural Wush Wush.
I had previously, very much, enjoyed the El Placer, Sebastian Ramirez, carbonic black honey Wush Wush (7.9/9.0, AKA 4.5/ 5.0) so was keen to try this iteration. Notes were jelly snakes & bergamot, I definitely got gummy sweets & the bergamot (dominant) throughout but, to me, the sweets were more like a drier, blackcurrant wine gum, balanced rather than particularly sweet.
Overall subjective taste score 7.4/ 9.0 (AKA 4.2/ 5.0, matching the average score over 2,208 brews), intensity 4/ 5, acidity 4/ 5, bitterness 3/ 5. £11.98/100g.
Mostly brewed in the Melitta Aromaboy, with varied drip cones, 12.5g:185g.
