BrewLiam Those who got a Philos, did you go for one or both burrs? I tend to drink light to medium roasts so I’m leaning towards the 200D.

The 189 is an ‘evolution’ of the Mazzer Mini burr, which, like a lot of other Mazzer burrs, is quite an old design. I’ve not tried the 189 but I’m familiar with the Mini burr and it’s far better for traditional roasts.
The 200 is new and was designed specifically for the Philos.
