such a good tip @DavecUK on making up small sealed espresso shots for work, reading this here I decided to try it out.
my other half gone back to the office so the night before I make an espresso in the Robot and put it into a small screw cap plastic bottle, then in the fridge. she has it as an Americano the next day in the Zojirushi flask she takes her morning clever dripper brew in.
Home coffee has spoiled her and she doesn’t want to drink from Prets, Costa etc now.
She really likes it so no plans to change, what is the more connoisseur take though on drinking a shot that may be 20h old, does it degrade much ? I’m curious more than anything, she likes it so we’ll keep doing it.
