I am def going to buy. It is refreshing to hear of a roaster who is predominantly aiming at the Medium/Dark end of the roasting spectrum, (not to say surprising) these days of the Light Roast wave. Unfortunately (perhaps), even with a Niche Zero and QM Verona 2B, I am unable to get any roast even, at say Medium and certainly lighter than Medium, to taste anything but lemon sour - and not in a good way - despite trying very hard indeed to succeed. I take full blame for that! But it is annoying, as I would like to be adventurous with more demanding lighter roasts.
