dang2484 I agree with you. The ‘Big & Bold Collection’ sounded like they may be at the darker end of the spectrum, but were more medium-dark from the look of the beans.
All were good in their different ways and I found them easy to dial in. Esp as Cworks provide a ‘Recipe Guide’ - CWorks Recipe Guide - for every one of their beans, which give you a great place to start dialling in.
The clear winner here was their Sumatra beans (which I had never tried before) - CWorks Sumatra
Roasted and posted next day, professionally packed, competitively priced esp with free postage over only £10 order, and great quality beans particularly for those of us liking medium to dark roast espresso and with milk drinks. Recommended worth a try.
