i can only speak from personal experience, of machines, companies and their support.
this morning while filling the decent i notices a splodge of dried water on the top of the water tank cover, i went on the decent site to email, but the image wouldn't attach, they have various other contact us methods, one of which was whatsapp. sent it to that, with in the hour had a reply and explination of what it was, turns out the water can some times track back and there's no leak, that shows me my worktop isn't level,
but cracking service
the closed forum i presume is to stop trolls/hater getting on there and causing havoc, its not really a forum like this its a work horse for issues and technical bods and mods, if you want to have more free chat join the discord server.
for those who know me, to see me settled on a machine, any machine for 20months is quite something, to the point im not even looking at machines, hence the lack of knowledge on anything new coming out,
for the record i was highly critical of the decent before ownership,
