We do vary our bean purchases but keep coming back to Monsooned Malabar. Not always from the same supplier.

Nothing else seems to do it for my 'customers'. :)

I like to vary what I buy and am nearly always guided by you knowledgeable lot. I never get the nuances described as my taste buds are just not that refined but I can't say I have found one I have not liked… they have all for me, made decent drinkable cups of coffee. But, the one I always have a bag of most frequently as a back-up in my freezer, is Rave's Fudge Blend.

On starting my coffee journey it was the first I ever bought and it was that which showed me the light.

Simple mind, simple tastes… a coffee simpleton… that's me.

I've been using Rave Signature in my rotation for about 5 months. That's easily the longest I've used the same bean for. During that time I think I've gone through about 4 or 5 Kg's of the stuff and it's been very consistent, in my experience at least.

I am still twitching from the caffeine overload courtesy of that session where we tested multiple shots of Jampit espressos years back. Think that's what drove me to lighter roasts
