Cuprajake definitely hitting 11 bar (I just pulled a shot and paid close attention).
The retailer who tested it prior to shipping to me was hitting 12 bar. In trying to figure out the physics of that, my guess is that given that the spring tension is fixed, the variation in the pressure generated would be down to grind size. The finer the grind, the more resistance and therefore the more pressure building up.
