Nothing exciting but essential:

On a slightly different subject. I’m thinking of ordering some things from Coffee Sensor, namely the temperature gauge and mount, arm pins, and steam nozzle. Possibly their PPK and group sleeve/tool at some stage in the future. I don’t doubt their bona fides but was wondering about the hit from HM customs and if there’s an alternative source for these items.

Meat as recommended by member dfk41. It looks very good quality. £36.69 and only £4.99 delivery from Gasgow. We will be tryng the ribeyes this weekend and I have cut the Brisket up and mixed it with the diced shin and vacuum sealed them in 250g packs (enough for just the two of us) perfect for slow long cooked stews or Beef Bourgignon.

We’ve been buying our meat from Farmison.

Pretty good and good prices too similar to the above though their rib eye steaks are about £14 for 250g I’ve a 25% discount code if anyone wants it.

We bought a couple of their Burns boxes for tomorrow night.
